Vittoria Alata
Vittoria Alata is a new type of cheese created by Bresciangrana Società Agricola Srl.
It is a hard cheese, made from Italian milk with a traceable supply chain. It has been produced with minimal salt content, without the use of preservatives, with vegetable rennet, and naturally lactose-free from the sixth month of aging. Its delicate taste is suitable for all palates and can be enjoyed as an appetizer, snack, table cheese, or grated over pasta and dishes! The name Vittoria Alata derives from its local origin, as it is produced in the province of Brescia, a city whose statue of the Vittoria Alata is a universally recognized symbol.
